I am unable to register a new card

We are aware that there was an issue with registering a new card on the platform.

We have worked together with our payment provider and this issue is resolved.

However if you received If an email asking you to provide copies of your new card, please provide a copy of the front and back of your replacement debit card. Please blank out the middle part of the card numbers leaving only the first 6 and last 4 numbers visible (Example: 123456######7890) and blank out the CVS number on the back of your card.

On acceptance of your documents, your account will be updated to allow your new card to be added.

However if you still have any error messages shown please contact our Customer Support team who will escalated this immediately.
