Bereavement

If you have suffered from the bereavement of one of our customers we are of course extremely sorry for your loss.
 
Please contact our Customer Support team who will let you know which documents we require to be able to release any funds.
 
Similar to our Self Exclusion process it may take up to 12 months for us to liquidate an existing portfolio, and an administration charge may be applied in line with our terms of use. (clause 5)
