Self-Exclusion

You can opt for definite self-exclusion from 6 months up to 5 years. 

You can self-exclude your account under the ‘My Account’ section or alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance. Further information how to exclude on our platform can be found below.

Whilst we will return your Account Balance as soon as practicable if you contact our customer services team, it may take up to 12 months for us to liquidate an existing portfolio on your behalf and an administration charge may be applied in line with our Terms of Use. This is to ensure that we can adequately protect the market for other Traders still using the platform. Please note that the value of your portfolio is not static and will fluctuate in line with market movement. In the event we are unable to sell your shares within 12 months, they will be considered to be expired. 

Upon receipt of your self-exclusion request, we will take the necessary measures to block your account for any gambling activities on our website and any affected 3rd parties while you are self-excluded. Should you request to increase the period of your self-exclusion (via customer service) the terms of the new agreement will become effective immediately upon confirmation of its receipt. 

Upon your self-exclusion period expiration, your account will not be automatically re-activated, but only upon request and will come into effect after a further 24 hours cooling-off period following its receipt. If you want to reactive your account, please send our customer service team an email and they will get in touch to arrange a suitable time to give you a call and take you through the process.
